- Kirkwood Communality College where he studied Industrial Maintenance, controls, plant and machine automation.
- Technical training was a integral part of his success where over the years he's completed numerous industry trainings, acquired industry endorsements such as manufacture sponsored training programs and several industrial automation and controls certifications.
- Over the last 20 years Josh served in several technical application specialist positions where he has also been responsible for the sales, account management, quoting, project management as well as supporting customers technically.
- Along with the support of a team has found success in acting as a resource for many national and global companies such as ADM, PepsiCo and Cargill.
- Josh hopes to use newly acquired skills in software development to expand on his ability to help clients achieve their goals while leveraging his existing experience for future success.
